REIKI HEALING RETREATS

Join Suzanne (Reiki Energy for Life) and Sangita (Mountain Mindfulness) for a day retreat focusing on practices that promote a peaceful heart. Using the Reiki Prayer, words of the Buddha to guide us, we'll explore practices that soothe and calm the heart, bringing the heart into a more harmonious, joyful way of being.

Suzanne will look at the topic through her reiki and energy medicine lens while Sangita will look at the topic through her yoga and mindfulness lens.

The day will include mindful walking, pranayama, chakra meditation, yoga nidra, chanting, journalling techniques to manage grief, qigong and meridian massage techniques.
